Allu Konro
spicy lamb dish


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1250 gr lamb shoulder
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp asem (tamarinde)
3 tablespoons kecap asin (light soy sauce)
1/2 tsp salt
water

Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 buah keluak (timbul pitten)
3 tsp ketumbar
9 green lomboks (spanish chilies)
5 cloves
3 cm kunytit (turmeric)

Cara mambuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into chunks. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the meat, the asem, the salt and the kecap and fry it brown for about 5 minutes. Then add enough water to just cover the meat and simmer the meat gently for 1 hour until done.
