Lamb kebabs with cocos

1000 gr lamb fillet
100 gr grated/shredded coconut
bamboo skewers

bahan-bahan marinade:
ingredients marinade
3 cloves garlic
2 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
250 ml santen (coconut milk)
1 cm kunyit (turmeric)
½ tsp ketumbar (coriander)
1 tsp jinten (cumin)
½ tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Cara membuat:
Slice the garlic and the jeruk purut fine. Pound or grind the kunyit fine. Mix the ingredients for the marinade well. Cut the meat into small pieces and mix it through the marinade and let it stand for 45 minutes. Thread the meat on the skewers and roast them for 5 minutes above a charcoal fire. Mix the cocos through the remaining marinade. Roll the roasted meat through the mixture and roast it for another 2 minutes slowly above a charcoal fire until the cocos turns golden brown and the meat is done.
