braised spicy lamb

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
600 gr lamb
2 serai/sereh/lemongrass, white part
2 salam leaf
6 jeruk purut leaves
3 tsp palm sugar
1500 ml water
4 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
7 red lomboks
2 cm kunyit
4 kemiri/candlenuts, roasted
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Taburan:
garnish:
2 tbsp bawang goreng

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into 4 cm pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the serai, the salam and the jeruk purut for 5 minutes. Then add the palm sugar and mix well.
Then add the meat and fry it brown. Then add the water and bring to a boil.
Then over low heat and covered, cook the meat until done and the oil/fat is released. Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
