Gulai Kambing Sedap Wangi
Fragrant stew of lamb

500 gr lamb
500 gr beef
2000 ml of water
3 jeruk purut/kaffir lime leaves
1 sereh / lemongrass
1 kunyit leaf
2 salam leaves
1000 ml santen cair
1000 ml santen asli
2 asam kandis
4 tbsp oil

2 cm jahe
5 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons of salt
6 shallots
9 red lomboks
4 cm kunyit
5 kemiri/candlenuts
1/2 tsp ketumbar
2 cloves
3 star anise
3 kardemon
2 cm cinnamon
2 tsp palm sugar

5 tablespoon goreng

Cara Membuat:
Cut the meat into pieces. Heat in a pan the water together with the meat and cook until half cooked. Roast the cloves, the star anise, the cardamon and the cinnamon dry in a frying pan. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the sereh, the kunyit, the salam and the jeruk purut for 5 minutes. Add this to the meat with the santen cair and simmer it until cooked. Add the santen asli and stir until the sauce has thickened. Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
