Glutinous rice With egg custard

500 gr white glutinous rice
125 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk)
1 tsp salt
2 pandan leaves
1 tbsp rice flour

Bahan-bahan custard:
ingredients custard:
5 eggs
250 gr palmsugar
1 tbsp rice flour
200 ml santen cair (thin coconut milk)
1/4 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Soak the rice in water for at least 2 hours and then drain it. Steam the rice for 10 minutes. Put the rice in a pan. Add the santen asli, the salt and the pandan leaves and ook it slowly until the santen ia absorbed. Steam the rice for 15 minutes. Remove the pandan leaves and laddle the rice in a baking tray and press it firm. Sprinkle the rice flour on top.
Beat the eggs together with the palmsugar until the sugar is dissolved. Add the santen, the salt and the rice flour and pour it on top of the rice. Steam it for 30 minutes and let it cool down before serving.
