Kue Talam Kelapa
steamed custard with coconut and banana
400 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk)
5 tbsp water
3 tbsp palmsugar
30 gr su'un (glass noodles)
1 tsp salt
Soak the su'un for 5 minutes in warm water. Drain the su'un and chop it into small pieces. Beat the eggs and mix in the santen, the water and the palmsugar. Squash/chop the bananas and mix it with the su 'un and the salt through the eggs. Pour the mixture in dish and covered it. Steam the dish for 1 hout until done. Serve it with the ice cream.
