rice cookies in palmsugar sauce

100 gr rice flour
100 gr tapioca flour
1/4 tsp salt
100 ml water

Bahan-bahan saus:
ingredients sauce:
300 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk)
4 tbsp palmsugar
2 pandan leaves
1/4 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Mix the flours with the salt and the water and form a daough. Form from the dough small balls. Heat in a pan the water and cook the balls for 9 minutes.
Heat in a wok the santen and add the palmsugar, the salt and the pandan. Then add the balls and let it simmer slowly for 10 minutes. Let it cool down before serving.
