Gurame bakar kecap
roasted fish in kecapsaus

600 gr. ikan Gurame (Osphronemus goramy - gouramis)
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp salt
7 tbsp kecap manis
banana leaf + biteng
4 red lomboks
2 red rawits
3 cloves of garlic
3 shallots
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
Cut the fish into thick slices and rub it in with the lime juice and salt and let it rest for 30 minutes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Mix the Bumbu with the kecap and rub the slices in. Pack the slices in banana leaf and fold it closed as a package. Secure the ends with biteng. Then roast fish slowly over a charcoal fire for 25 minutes until done.
