Udang sambal pirik
fried prawns with sambal pirik

350 gr prawns
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
3 cloves of garlic

Bahan-bahan sambal:
1 kecombrang
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp palm sugar
100 ml of water
2 tbsp oil

5 red rawits
3 red lomboks
3 shallots
1 tomato
1/2 tsp trasi bakar

Cara membuat:
Clean the shrimps but leave the tails on. Chop the garlic finely. Marinate the prawns with lemon juice, garlic and salt for at least 20 minutes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste and cut the kecombrang into pieces.

Heat in a wok / wadjan the oil and fry the bumbu and kecombrang for 3 minutes. Then add the shrimps and fry them for 1 minute. Then add the salt and the palm sugar and mix it well. Then add the water and fry until the water has evaporated.
