Patin Asam Padeh
stewed fish in spicy sauce

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1250 ml of water
500 gr ikan patin / catfish
2 kunyit leaves
3 asam kandis
1 sereh / lemongrass
1 tbsp salt
5 jeruk purut leaves

Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 shallots
9 red lomboks
3 kemiri/candlenuts
2 cm laos/galangal

Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan the water together with the bumbu, the kunyit, the asam kandis and the sereh and bring to the boil. Then add the fish and the salt and cook it slowly until done. Add the jeruk purut leaves and cook 2 minutes before serving.
