Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr tuna
1 lime (juice)
4 sprigs kemangi
1 kunyit leaf
7 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
1 pandan leaf
1 sereh, bruised
banana leaves
biteng
Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 shallots
10 red rawits
4 kemiries
3 cm kunyit
3 cm jahe
3 sereh
1/2 tsp salt

preparation/method:
Roast the kunyit and the kemiers dry in a skillet. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Sprinkle the fish withe the lime juice and let it marinate for 20 minutes. Rub the fish in with the bumbu and marinate it for 15 minutes. Pluck the leaves an cut the pandan leaf in 2 cm long pieces. Wrap the fish with the leaves and the sereh and clos it with the biteng. Steam the fish for 45 minutes until done and serve.
