Gulai Telur Ikan
fish roe curry
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr fish roe
2 tbsp lime juice
5 tbsp oil
1 sereh (lemon grass)
5 curry leaves
1/2 pandan leaf
500 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk)
2 green lomboks
2 red lombos
1/2 tsp salt
Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 dried rawits
2 tsp ketumbar (coriander)
1/2 tsp anised seed
1/2 tsp jinten (cumin)
1 tbsp grated coconut
2 cm dried belimbing wuluh (carambola)
4 cm jahe (ginger)
3 cloves garlic
6 shallots
1/2 tsp salt
Cara membuat;
preperation/method:
Roast the anised dry in a skillet. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Slice the lomboks lenghtwise. Rub the roe in with the lime juice and the salt and let it stand for 15 minutes and mix it with the bumbu. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the roe until it hardens. Add the pandan, the curry leaves and the sereh and fry it for 1 minute. Then add the santen and the lomboks and let it simmer slowly until it is cooked, then serve.
