Cumi Hitam Cabai Hijau
squid in a black green pepper sauce

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
500 g of squid
3 tbsp oil
5 cloves of garlic
4 cm jahe
3 cm lengkuas / galangal
2 serai / sereh / lemongra
5 jeruk purut leaves
5 green lomboks
3 green tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
250 ml of water

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Finely chop the garlic and cut the lomboks and the tomatoes into pieces. Clean the squid and remove the hard part but leave the ink bag.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic, the jahe, the laos, the serai and the jeruk purut for 3 minutes. Then add the lomboks, the tomatoes and the squid and mix well.
Then add the water and the salt and cook covered on a low heat until the sauce has become black and thick.
