Sayap Ayam Rempah
fried seasoned chicken wings

15 chicken wings
1/2 tsp pepper
3 cm lengkuas / galangal
1 cm of cinnamon
2 salam leaf
2 cm jahe/ginger
500 ml of water
2 tsp of salt
1 tsp palm sugar
1/4 tsp lime, juice

4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
3 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)

Cara membuat:
Grate the jahe and the laos. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Rub the wings with 1 teaspoon of salt and the pepper. Heat enough oil in a pan and fry the wings until golden brown and set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the galangal, cinnamon, salam leaf and jahe for 4 minutes. Then add the wings and mix well.
Then add the water, salt and palm sugar and cook until the sauce has thickened. Then mix in the lime juice and serve.
