Tongkol Suwir Manado

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
200 gr tuna fillet
1 teaspoon of lime juice
6 shallots
2 salam leaves
2 sereh / lemongrass
6 jeruk purut leaves
4 green lomboks
1 tomato
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon of palm sugar
2 tablespoons of oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
2 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
5 red lomboks
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Shred the fillet and marinate with the lime juice for 15 minutes. Cut the lomboks into slanted rings and the shallots into thin slices. Cut the tomato into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the shallots, the salam, the sereh and the jeruk purut for 4 minutes. Add the lomboks and tomato and mix well. Then add the fish, salt and palm sugar and mix well. Stir until everything is cooked and the moisture is nearly evaporated.
