Udang Jerbung Goreng
fried large spiced shrimps/prawns
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr Udang Jerbung / Fenneropenaeus merguiensis / banana prawn
1/2 lime, juice
1 tsp of salt
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 cloves of garlic
1 kemiri
3 cm kunyit
2 cm jahe
2 cm lengkuas / galangal / laos
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean the shrimp/prawn and remove the head. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Marinate the shrimps/prawns with the lime juice, salt and bumbu and let it rest for 15 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shrimps/prawns until done and reddish brown. Serve
