Gangan Asam Ikan
Stewed fish in sour sauce

500 gr sea bass
8 snake beans
4 cabbage leaves
1 sereh / lemongrass, white portion
8 belimbing wuluh / star fruit
1250 ml coconut milk

6 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
2 cm kunyit
2 cm laos
1 tsp trassi
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp palmsugar

Cara Membuat:
Cut the fish into pieces, the beans in 3 cm long pieces, the cabbage finely, the sereh into thin slices and the belimbing into strips. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the coconut milk in a pan with the sereh and the bumbu and bring to the boil. Then add the fish, the beans, the cabbage and the belimbing and cook it slowly until done and until the sauce has thickened.
