Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr ikan tawes / Javanese barbel, otherwise carp
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
2 salam leaf
3 asam sunti
water
Haluskan:
bumbu:
2 cm kunyit
1/2 tsp pepper
3 cm jahe
2 red rawits
5 kemiri nuts
1/2 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean the fish. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Wrap the serai around the fish.
Heat water in a pan and bring to a boil. Then add the fish and cook it until done. Remove the fish and let it drain.
Heat 200 ml water in a pan along with the bumbu, salam and asam and cook until the sauce thickens. Spoon the sauce over the fish and serve.
