Ikan Tenggiri Rica-Rica
fried mackerel in spicy red sauce

750 gr mackerel
1 lime, juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
300 ml of water
2 tbsp oil
9 red chilies
7 red rawits
5 cloves garlic
8 shallots
1/2 tsp shrimp paste
2 cm jahe
1 tomato
Cara membuat:
Marinate the fish with the lime juice and let it rest for 15 minutes. Cut the fish into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste for 5 minutes. Add the fish and cook for 2 minutes. Add the salt, palm sugar and water and cook slowly until done.
