Kerang Dara Kunyit
Spicy stewed mussels

350 g mussels / clams (without shell)
1000 ml of water
3 cm jahe
2 salam leaves
2 jeruk purut
3 green lomboks
1/2 tea salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon of palm sugar
250 ml of water
2 tablespoons of oil

4 kemiri/candlenuts
3 cm kunyit
6 shallots
4 cloves of garlic

Cara Membuat:
Heat in a pan the water with the mussels and jahe and cook the mussels. Then remove them from the pan and set aside. Cut the lomboks into rings and pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the salam and jeruk purut for 4 minutes. Add the chilies and fry until soft. Then add the mussels and mix well. Then add the salt, pepper, palm sugar and water and cook slowly until done.
