Acar Terati - Pickled lotus root
Pickled lotus root
1 lotus root
2 tsp palmsugar
250 ml white rice vinager
Cut the root into very thin slices. Mix the palmsugar with the vinegar and then with the lotus root. Let it marinade for at least 1 day before serving.
