Acar Timor
acar / pickle of vegetables from Timor

4 small cucumber
1/4 Chinese cabbage
2 bunches of kangkung
100 gr bean sprouts
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
7 cm jahe
10 red lomboks
5 shallots
6 cloves of garlic

Cara membuat:
Cut the jahe into slices, halve the shallots and the lomboks and cut the garlic into thin slices. Deseeded cucumber and cut it into pieces. Cut the cabbage into pieces. First soak the jahe, shallots, lomboks and garlic for 15 minutes in water and drain. Then mix it with the vinegar and the sugar and put it in a jar. Then mix in the cucumber, the cabbage, the bean sprouts and the kangkung leaves and leave it for at least 1 hour before use.
