1 pineapple
1 cinnamon (3cm)
2 shallots
6 cloves
2 red lomboks
1/2 tsp peppercorns (white)
2 tbsp palmsugar
1/2 tsp ketumbar (coriander)
1/2 tsp jinten (cumin)
2 tbsp oil
500 ml vinager

Cara membuat:
Slice the pineapple into pieces. Slice the shallots fine asnd the lomboks into thin rings. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots for 2 minutes. Add the cinnamon, the cloves, the peppercorns, the ketumbar, the jinten and the lomboks and fry it for 1 minute. Add the palmsugar and the vinager and cook it for 1 minute. Add the pineapple and let it cool down.
