Acar Campur Mentah
pickled vegetables (sidedish)
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
250 gr carrot
250 gr cabbage
250 gr beansprouts
1 tbsp salt
500 ml vinegar
1 onion
5 cloves garlic
3 tbsp palmsugar
2 red lomboks
salt to taste
water
Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Slice the carrot juliene and the cabbage,the onion and the lomboks fine. Soak all vegetables in water with the salt for 20 minutes, then drain. Heat in a pan the vinegar with the onion, the palmsugar and salt to taste. Add the vegetables and the lomboks and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Let it cooldown overnight and use.
