Begedel Cabe

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
250 gr minced beef
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic
1 spring onion
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1/2 cm jahe (ginger)
1/2 sereh (lemongrass)
1 tsp ketumbar (coriander)
1 tsp salt
12 red lomboks
breadcrumbs
oil
Cara membuat;
preperation/method:
Slice the garlic and the spring onion fine. Pound or grind the kerumbar, the jahe and the sereh fine into a paste. Seperate the eggs. Slice the lomboks lenghtwise and deseed them.
Mix the meat with the yolks, the garlic, the parsley, the sereh, the jahe, the ketumbar and the salt. Divide the mixture in 12 portions. Put 1 lombok in a portion. Beat the egg whites and roll the portion through it and then through the breadcrumbs. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the begadel golden brown and done. Drain the begadel on kitchen paper en serve.
