Sambal Goreng Cabai
spicy stir-fry of lomboks and shrimps

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
250 gr lomboks
100 gr shrimp, dried
100 gr shrimp
100 gr kecombrang flour
1 tbsp lime, juice
5 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp terasi / trasi
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp palm sugar

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Deseed the lomboks and cut them into thin slices. Cut the inner leaves of the kecombrang into thin slices. Peel the shrimps and clean them. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Then add the shrimp and the lomboks and fry until half done.
Then add the kecombrang fry until soft. Then mix in the dried shrimps and lime juice and fry until done.
