Acar Kuning Cabai
spicy acar / relish with cucumber
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
300 g of cucumber
10 red rawits
6 green rawits
1 salam leaf
2 sereh / lemongrass
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp vinegar
250 ml of water
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
4 cm kunyit, roasted
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Halve the cucumber and deseed it. Then cut the cucumber into 4x1cm strips. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu to a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the salam and sereh for 4 minutes. Add the salt, the palm sugar, the rawits and the cucumber and mix well. Then add the water and bring to the boil and allow to cool. Then mix in the vinegar and serve.
