Kering Singkong Pedas
Spicy cassava crisps

600 gr cassava
1 tsp lime water (kapur sirih)
1 tsp salt
750 ml of water

Bahan Balado:
Ingredients sauce:
3 shallots
9 red lomboks
2 salam leaves
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
50 g of palm sugar
1 tbsp asamwater
3 tbsp oil

Cara Membuat:
Cut the cassava into thin slices and add it to the water together with the lime water and salt and leave for 15 minutes. Then rinse off and drain well and pat dry. Heat in a pan sufficient oil and fry the cassava golden brown and dry and set aside.
Pound or grind the shallots and lomboks into a coarse paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots, the lomboks and the salam for 3 minutes. Add the salt, the palm sugar, and the asamwater and mix well. Then add the cassava and mix everything well and coated
