seasoned chicken in sauce

1 chicken
250 gr mixed mushrooms
100 gr corn kernels
250 ml thick coconut milk (kental)
750 ml of thin coconut milk (cair)
5 jeruk purut leaves
3 serai / sereh / lemongrass
2 asam cikala (kecombrang)
1 tomato
2 spring onions

10 red lomboks
5 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
3 kemiri nuts
2 cm jahe
4 cm kunyit
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into 10 pieces, the tomato into small parts, the spring onion into pieces and the mushrooms into four parts. Roast the corn kernels first and then pound or grind them fine. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the thin coconut milk in a pan together with the serai, the bumbu, the jeruk purut and the cikala and bring to the boil. Then add the chicken and cook it until nearly done.
Then add the mushrooms, the thick coconut milk and corn flour and bring to the boil while stirring. When the sauce thickens, then add the tomato and the spring onion and stir briefly. Serve.
