Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1000 gr beef
2 sereh (lemongrass)
3 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
2 kunyit leaves (curcurma)
3 pieces asam gelugor
800 ml water

Haluskan:
bumbu:
6 kemiri (candlenuts)
11 red lomboks
4 shallots
4 cm jahe (ginger)
4 cm kunyit (curcuma)
2 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Roast the kemiri dry in a skillet. Pound or grind all the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Rub the meat in with the bumbu and let it marinate for at leasy 45 minutes. Heat in a wok the water and add all the ingredients. Let it simmer slowly until the meat is cooked and the sauce has thickened. Slice the meat into pieces and serve it with the sauce.
