meatballs in sweet spicy sauce

500 gr minced meat
250 gr grated coconut
1 lime (juice)
1 egg

1 tsp ketumbar (coriander)
salt to taste
3 cm kunyit (curcuma)
5 cloves garlic
3 red lomboks (large chilies)
1/2 tsp jinten (cumin)

Bahan-bahan saus:
ingredients sauce:
4 tbsp water
7 tbsp kecap manis (dark sweet soy sauce)
1/2 tsp jinten
3 red rawits (small chilies)
2 tsp asem (tamarind)
1 tsp ketumbar
5 cloves garlic

Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix it with the meat, the coconut, the lime juice and the egg. Form from the mixture small balls. Heat in a wok the water and cook the balls for 10 minutes. Pour the sauce over the balls and serve.

Cara membuat saus:
preperation/method sauce:
Pound or grind the rawits, the jinten, the asem, the ketumbar and the garlic fine into a paste and mix it with the water and the kecap. Add the mixture in a pan and cook it into a sauce.
