sweet fried beef slices

500 g beef (lean)
1 onion / 2-3 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
1 tsp pepper
4 tbsp kecap manis
2 tbsp palm sugar
2 tomatoes
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into thin slices and flatten it. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Pound or grind the onion and garlic into a paste and then mix in the kecap, pepper and palm sugar. Then mix in the meat and let it marinate for at least 60 minutes. Then remove the meat from the marinade.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat until brown. Then add the marinade and tomatoes and fry over medium heat the meat is tender/done and until the sauce has thickened. Serve.
