meat balls
Ingrediënts:
225 gr minced pork
1 potato
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 red chillies (rawits)
1 tsp salt or to taste
1 egg
1/2 tsp nutmeg
oil for frying
Preparation/method:
Chop the onion, the rawits and the garlic and boil the potatoe and mash it. Mix all ingrediënts and form round shapes about the size of an egg. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the perkedel until their golden brown and done.
