Lelawar Daging
spicy minced meat with coconut


500 gr minced meat
5 shallots
5 cloves garlic
3 jerut purut / kaffir lime leaves
200 ml santen cair (thin coconut milk)
150 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk)
salt to taste
3 tbsp oil

1 tbsp ketumbar (coriander)
1/2 tbsp jinten (cumin)
1 lemongrass
3 cm laos (galangal)
1 tsp pepper

Cara mambuat;
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a pasta. Cut the shallots and the garlic inot thin slices. Heat in a wok the oil and fry tje shallots, the garlic and the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the meat and fry it it loose. Then add the santen cair and cook it until the liquid has nearly evaporated. Add the danten asli and cook it for 3 minutes then serve.
