fried beef with a spicy topping

Bahan Bahan:

1000 g of beef
1 tsp pepper
4 cloves of garlic, crushed
3 star anise
2 tsp salt
water
10 red lomboks
7 shallots
1 tomato
1 tbsp asam water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar

Bumbu Perendam:
marinade:
3 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp ketumbar
1 tbsp asam water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
250 ml of water

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Heat the water in a pan together with the meat, pepper, garlic, salt and star anise and cook until tender. Remove the meat from the pan and slice it and crush it.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the marinada to a paste and then mix in the water. Mix the marinade with the meat and let it marinate for 60 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat over medium heat until dark brown and set aside.
Steam the lomboks, shallots and tomato for 10 minutes. Then pound or grind it coarsely and then mix in the asam water, the salt and the palm sugar. Heat the oil in a pan and fry it for 2 minutes. Spoon it over the meat and serve.
