fried beef in a sambal sauce

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr of beef
2 limes, juice
1 tsp salt
oil

Bahan sambal lado:
ingredients sambal:
10 red lomboks, seeded
7 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into thin slices. Mix the meat with the lime juice and then let it dry out.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat until it is cooked and crispy. Set aside.
Pound or grind the lomboks, shallots, garlic and salt into a paste. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pasta for 5 minutes. Then mix in the lime juice and the fried meat. Serve.
