450g minced beef
2 salam leaves
3 cm laos
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp asemwater
225 ml komosmelk
225 ml water
2 tablespoons oil
2 shallots
6 cloves garlic
1/2 tbsp ketumbar
1/2 tsp jinten
3 red rawits
Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the salam and galangal for 4 minutes. Then add the minced meat and fry it loose. Then add the kecap, salt, the palm sugar and asemwater and mix well. Then add the water and the coconut milk and slowly cook, while stirring, until all liquids have evaporated.
