200 gr of beef
2 tbsp oil
400 ml of water or beef broth
5 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp kecap asin
2 salam leaves

2 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
1 red lombok
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
4 kemiri nuts
1 tsp ketumbar

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into thin slices and roll them up and tie them together with kitchen yarn. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the meat. Fry the meat half-cooked and scoop it out of the pan. Add the bumbu and fry for 3 minutes.
Then add the water or stock, the kecaps and the salam and mix well. Add the meat and cook over low heat until tender.
