Daging Iris Rempah
stewed seasoned beef

350 gr beef (brisket)
2 jeruk purut leaves
2 salam leaves
2 cm lengkuas / galangal
2 cm of cinnamon
2 cloves
2 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp palmsugar
1/2 tsp pepper
300 ml of water
2 tbsp oil

7 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
1 teaspoon barrel
2 cm jahe
1/2 tsp jinten
2 cardamom

1 tbsp bawang goreng

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan of oil and fry the bumbu together with the salam, the jeruk purut, the laos, the cinnamon and the cloves for 6 minutes. Then add the meat and cook until the meat changes color.
Then add the kecap, salt, palm sugar and pepper and mix well. Then slowly add the water and stew the meat. Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
