Daging Harum Jeruk
beef with a light citrus aroma

300g beef
5 shallots
5 green chilies
8 jeruk purut
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
200 ml water
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into small cubes, the chilies in oblique cut rings and the shallots finely. Chop the jeruk purut fine.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots, chilies and jeruk purut for 3 minutes. Add meat and fry until brown. Add the salt, palm sugar and pepper and mix well. Add the water and let it simmer gently until cooked.
