Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr of beef
1000 ml beef broth
1/2 tsp pepper
2 serai / sereh / lemongrass
5 cloves
7 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
5 red lomboks
6 cm jahe
3 kemiri nuts
1 tomato

Taburan:
garnishing;
2 tbsp bawang goreng

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan of oil and fry the bumbu for 6 minutes. Then add the meat, the cloves, the serai, the nutmeg, the pepper, the salt and the kecap and mix well. Fry the meat until it changes color, then add the broth and cook until tender.
Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
