fried beef with bean sprouts

150 gr of beef
4 cloves of garlic
1 green lombok
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
500 ml of water
50 gr bean sprouts
1 spring onion
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into thin slices and finely chop the garlic. Cut the lombok and spring onion into thin slices
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and the lombok for 2 minutes. Then add the meat and fry until it changes colour. Then add the oyster sauce, the kecap, the salt and the palmsugar and mix well.
Then add the water and bring to the boil. Then add the bean sprouts and mix well and cook until done. Then mix in the spring onion and serve.
