Panggang Belanga
Roasted spiced beef
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
750 gr beef
3 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp asamwater
6 shallots
600 ml of water
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
4 red lomboks
75 gr of peanuts
1/4 tsp clove
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp palm sugar
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu to a paste. Cut the shallots into thin slices.
Marinate the meat with the kecap, salt and asamwater and let it rest for at least 1 hour. Then add the bumbu and mix well.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots for 3 minutes. Add the meat with the marinade and fry it brown. Then add the water and cook it gently until the sauce has thickened. Spoon the meat out of the pan and roast it over a charcoal fire until brown and cooked.
