Paru Goreng bumbu ungkep Lengkuas
baked spiced lung

500 gr bovine lung
2 salam leaves
2 cm jahe
1 tsp salt
1000 ml water
1 stalk lemongrass
2 salam leaves
200 gr jahe, grated
1/2 tablespoon asemwater 
300 ml santen asli
oil for frying
9 shallots
6 cloves garlic
1 tsp ketumbar
4 kemiri, toasted
1 cm jahe
1 tbsp salt
2 tsp palm sugar
Cara membuat:
Heat in a pan the water and add the salam, 2 cm jahe and the salt and cook the long until its half cooked. Cut the lung into slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan and add the santen, the bumbu, the lemongrass, the salam, the jahe, the asemwater and the lung slicesr and let it simmer until the liquid is absorbed.
Heat in a wok / wadjan the oil and deep fry the lung slices
