500g beef fillet
150 ml santen asli
1 tsp lemon juice
7 jeruk purut
15 skewers
8 shallots
5 cloves garlic
5 red rawits
1 red lombok
1 tsp ketumbar
1 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into thin slices. Devine the jeruk purut and chop finely. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Mix the paste with the santen, meat, lemon juice and jeruk purut and let it marinate for at least 1 hour. Roll a steak and cut it into two pieces and put it on the skewers. Roast the meat slowly over a charcoal fire and sprinkle regularly with the marinade.
