Sambal Goreng Daging Cincang
fried beef in a spicy creamy sauce

300g beef
1 red lombok
1 green lombok
2 salam bladjes
2 cm laos
10 peteh beans
1 tomato
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tbsp asemwater
300 ml santen cair
2 tablespoons oil
5 cloves garlic
4 shallots
5 red chilies
Cara membuat:
Coarsely chop the meat, cut the chilies into thin strips and the tomatoes finely. Halve the peteh beans. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat oil in pan and fry the bumbu, the chilies, the salam and galangal for 4 minutes. Add the meat and cook for 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes with salt, pepper and palm sugar and mix together well. Pour the coconut milk and let it simmer slowly until it is done. Scoop the asemwater and serve.
