Daging Giling masak kentang
seasoned beef with potatoes

300g minced beef
250g potatoes
5 cloves garlic
3 shallots
3cm jahe
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp kecap manis
1 tsp palm sugar
750 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 leek
1 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Chop the shallots and garlic fine. Cut the leek into thin rings. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots, the garlic and the jahe for 3 minutes. Add the meat and fry it loose. Then add the oyster sauce, kecap, the palm sugar and potatoes. Add the stock and cook until tender. Add the sesame oil and sprinkle with the leeks.
