Bahan-bahan:

200 gr grated coconut
skewers
Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 shallots
5 cloves garlic
2 cm kunyit
2 red rawits
1/2 tsp ketumbar
1 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Mix in the coconut. Cut the meat into cubes and mix with the marinade. Let it rest for at least 2 hours. Thread the meat on the skewers. Roast the meat slowly over a charcoalfire until golden brown and done.
