Strange. The same recipe appears here from 2015: pretty much word for word, I thought you stated that all your recipes are original and not taken from other blogs on the web?

dry fried meat (large quantity)

5000 gr beef
20 salam leaves
100 gr jahe
4 tbsp salt
15 liters of water
10 kunyit leaves
50 jeruk purut leaves
40 gr asam kandis
20 serehstengels
1000 gr onions
10.000 ml santen (made of 15 coconuts)
5 bulbs garlic
100 gr Laos
50 gr kunyit
100 gr jahe
750 gr red chilies / rawits
6 tbsp salt
4 tbsp palm sugar
Cara membuat:
Cut the meat and onions into thin slices. Chop the kunyit and jeruk purut leaves fine. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the water and add the meat, the jahe, the salt and the salam and cook the meat. Remove the meat from the pan and then shred the meat. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the meat dry.
Add to the water the paste, half the onions and the remaining ingredients and cook it untill the oil comes to the surface. Add the remaining onions and stir until golden brown. Add the meat and stir until it becomes dry.
After cooling, portioning and airtight packaging.
