Froglegs in buttersauce
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
1000 gr froglegs
2 tbsp kecap manis
oil
bahan-bahan soas:
ingredients sauce:
3 tbsp butter
5 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp ketchup
3 tbsp kecap inggris (Worcherstershire sauce)
½ tsp pepper

1 lemon (slices)

Preparation/method:
Clean the frog legs with slightly salted water. Marinate the legs with the kecap and let it rest for 15 minutes. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the legs golden brown and done. Remove the legs and drain.
Heat in a pan the butter and add all ingredients for the sauce and stir well. Add the frog legs and let it simmer slowly until the sauce has (slightly) thickened. Serve the legs with the lemon slices.
